Our Management team have years of skilled experience in the dental industry and know that every dentist has different needs and not every solution is based on fixed long term contracts that lock you in.

The primary objective of the Admin Team is to assist the dental clinics in management and administration matters like taking care of their HICAPS and Medicare issues, Property maintenance and repair, and others, to maximize their focus and time for patients.
Through the Accounting team, financial works and tasks including payroll processing, bookkeeping, management reporting and more, each clinic are freed to focus on great patient care. By empowering the decision makers with all financial data from the accounting team, they are best equipped to realize long term dental health in their communities.
A dedicated team of payroll experts who handle issues like wage and hours law compliance, deal with tax compliance issues by minimizing employment- related tax, payment compliance risk and help improve process efficiency, while also helping to reduce taxes and other expenses.
Our Human Resources Team provides expertise related to people such as compensation, recruitment and selection, performance management, benefits, employee motivation, communication, and training.
The IT Operations team offers a dedicated Help Desk to assist with installation and configuration of programs and software, troubleshooting IT issues within the practice such as support for workstations, issues with telephone, phone lines, networks and internet, and assisting with ordering and equipping each clinic with technology equipment.
Marketing Team helps communicate and promote the brands of each of our clinics. A strong brand is critical to creating a large number of clients/patients. Through strategic print and online marketing campaigns, the brands of our partners are promoted and well managed. They managed both traditional and online marketing campaigs susch as Google Adwords, Online Ads and more.
Our Web and Graphic design team provides the design and contents of our marketing materials whether its for traditional marketing campaigns or for online marketing campaigns. They also take care of all our Websites, Social Media Accounts and other online-related matters.
